After 5 years (I was the first to put the recipe on youtube) I made the tuna and onion omelette, a simple and very tasty recipe! I prefer to eat it cold, and you? • INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE • 8 eggs • 200 g of canned tuna • 2 large or 3 medium onions • Salt up to taste • Black pepper to taste • 1 cup of water • 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil • 1. Cut the onions, then put the oil in a pan, add the onions, a cup of water, a pinch of salt, cover with the lid and cook for 6-7 minutes, then remove the lid and brown them • 2. Meanwhile, break the eggs into a container, add salt and pepper and mix, then add the drained canned tuna and mix again. • 3. Once the onions are browned, let them cool, then add them to the eggs and the tuna, mix and pour everything into a pan with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, cover with the lid, put on low heat and cook for 15 -16 minutes • 4. When the omelette is solid even on the surface, turn it with the help of a lid and cook it on the other side over medium heat for 4-5 minutes without covering. • 5.
