Here's a quick, fresh and healthy lunch that really floats my boat! You can do so many different things to make this salad taste just like you want it to! Enjoy…. • Ingredients: • 1 - 1/2 Cups Broccoli (cut into bite sized pieces) • 1/2 cup mayonnaise • 3 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar • 1 Tbsp. sugar • 1/2 cup prosciutto • 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds (any nut will do!!) • 2 Tbsp. dried, sweet cranberries • Combine all ingredients and enjoy!! • Substitutions and Other Ideas: • Meats: Prosciutto, Bacon, Bacon bits, Salami • Fruits: Cranberries, Raisins, Dates, Figs • Nuts: Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts - Sweet, Spicy, Roasted, etc. • You really can make this salad your own.
