Ok this is simply one of the best things I have baked to date. I scoured the internet, looking for a recipe, and many looked the same, so I took bits a bobs from each. The result, a beautifully simple array of flavours and texture, crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside!!! • Ingredients: • 2 1/4 cups flour • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 cup butter ( 2 sticks) (225g) • 1/2 cup caster sugar • 1 cup brown sugar • 1 tsp salt • 2 tsp vanilla • 2 large egg • 2 cups chocolate chips (or fruit, white chocolate etc) • Bake at 170C for 10 mins. • Eat. • / twins2thepole
