A guide to setup RetroArch on your Hyperspin, Hyperlaunch or RocketLauncher setup. • I have included everything you will need for this setup and given you a very easy to follow guide to get everything setup and running without a hitch. • I hope that this helps you out. Even if your PC already has a copy of 10 and 11 it will most likely will not have version 9. To fix the missing dll's use https://www.microsoft.com/en-nz/downl... to install the End-User Runtimes directly from Microsoft. This takes out having to download a potentially dodgy .dll from a random site or figuring out what to copy and paste from one machine to another. After downloading unzip into a new folder on your desktop and then click on DXSETUP.exe and follow the prompts. You should then be able to install and run RetroArch.
