Building Paver Walkways around the House Time Lapse

This video timelapse covers all the steps involved in the process, starting with removing the topsoil, installing the concrete edge borders, laying the concrete support layer and installing the block pavers. • The walkways around the house have a dual purpose: on one hand the walkways will allow you to go around the house, even on the rainy days, on the other hand it protects the house foundation from excessive moisture. • This is a one weekend project or at most 3 days, because the steps are straight forward. In addition, I have a few tips for you, so you can speed up the project. Rent a paver cutter because the angle grinder makes a lot of dust and takes more time to make the cuts. Secondly, use a laser level to determine the configuration of the walkways. In my case, the ground has a slight slope towards the back of the house, so we had to make a few steps in the sidewaks.
