CSX K635 crosses Hamburg Turnpike

Some people will never learn. • *History note*: Back in the 1970's, this crossing had a wigwag. These signals were installed in 1986 when this section of the line was rebuilt following a washout during a storm. The wig-wag was replaced. • This is my second time at this crossing, and i was hoping to catch the 99 like i usually do, but today CSX K635 crosses instead. • Crossing Info: • Mast Signal on Right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12X24 inch lights. 1 pair of WC Hayes 8 inch strobe lights. • There is also 1 unknown light which displays the words Stop Here when the signal are active. • Cantilever Signal on Left: 3 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights and a Safetran mechanical bell. • Cantilever Signal on Left (across tracks): 5 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights. 1 Pair of WC Hayes 8 inch strobe lights, and a Safetran Mechanical Bell. • The reason why this crossing has strobe lights is because, there used to be trees that blocked the view of the crossing.
