I couldn't find ANY gameplay of the raid mode so I'm just gonna go out on a limb and say that it's entirely unused. Judging by the filename PveRaidChoose, it's either part of a singleplayer mode or some kind of Salmon Run clone. • Paintman Go was a Chinese Splatoon clone released for iOS/Android devices, originally released in 2016 under the name Sepia Go. By November of that same year, it was taken offline and didn't publicly resurface until 2018.
