Hello, guys! After the apartment roast, I felt like building fire on the ground. As I already have a video on the channel roasting a lamb, today I bring you a 14kg suckling pig. I’ve seasoned it over night, as the recipe says, and I roast it for about 5h.The dark caramel color and the crispy skin were amazing. It was worth every minute near the fire, turning the piece over when necessary and always mastering the fire. Pull it over there, push it over there, pull the ember, take it out and, guys, I wish you were there to smell this roast and taste it with me. In this video, once again, I bring a skewer that I’ve developed with some friends.
