Had a great time this morning at #IAFF #FireOps101 hosted by Indianapolis Professional Firefighters, IAFF Local 416. The event, held at the #IFD Training Academy put members of Indy City-County Council, Media and Legislators through a rigorous day in the life of a firefighter. • Fire Ops 101 events are especially important for these decision makers influencers to understand the mental, physical and often monetary challenges faced by the Fire Service and EMS providers in serving their communities. Big thanks to everyone who assisted Local 416 leadership in making this happen.
