Celebration Dance - from JMUHPAI • The Health and Physical Activity Institute (@JMU_HPAI) is held every year at James Madison University in Virginia and is one of my favorite professional development events to attend. It has a cool summer camp feel, is hosted on a beautiful campus and is led by teacher leaders that are at the highest level of generosity, kindness, knowledge and fun! • This past year, with the help of @OPENPhysed, I was able to lead a moving keynote with Tammy Hanna (@RVA_DanceMonkey), Dani Almarode (@dtaPEteach07), Chad Triolet (@chadtriolet), Stevie Gray (@RayGrayPE), Jason Runk (@Jrunk3) and Jamie Wright (@mrjdub23). We each led a dance that was connected with one of the 5 Elements of Dance (Body Energy Action Times and Space).
