Creamy Schezwan Pasta Chinese style pasta Pasta with Schezwan Sauce

#pasta #schezwanpasta #schezwanmacaroni • So, try to make this dish and share your experience with us in comment section below. • Turn post notification on 🔊 • ✅Like,✅Share,📝 comment but first follow @onepinchsalt and become a part of our food family use #onepinchsalt to get featured 😊 • COURSE : Pasta • CUISINE : International • Servings : 3 - 4 persona • Prep Time : 15 • Cook Time : 30 Minutes • Total Time : 45 mins • Difficulty level : Easy • INGREDIENTS : • 100 gm - Macaroni • 2 Tbsp - Butter • 2 Medium Size - Onion ( finely chopped ) • 1 Tbsp - Garlic ( finely chopped ) • 1 Big - Capsicum ( finely chopped ) • 1/2 Tsp - Salt • 2 Medium Size - Carrots ( finely chopped ) • 2 Tbsp - Butter • 2 Tbsp - Maida • 1 Cup - Milk • 1 Tbsp - Oregano • 1 Tbsp - Chilli flakes • 1/4 Tsp - Black Pepper powder • 2 Tbsp - Schezwan Sauce • 2 Tbsp - Cream • 2 Tbsp - milk ( if required ) • 1 Cup - Cheese • METHOD : • 1. Heat a pan with butter. Add onion, garlic, capsicum and saute. • 2. Add the carrot and saute for 2 minutes. Keep it aside • 3. Add butter, maida and cook for few seconds. • 4. Once it changes the colour slightly, add the milk. Keep whisking and bring it to a boil. Cook until it's thick. • 5. Add the cooked vegetables, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper powder and mix everything well. • 6. Add Schezwan sauce, cream, grated cheese and mix well. • 7. Add milk if required • 8. Add the boiled pasta to the sauce and stir well • 9.
