The Austrian Jägerbataillon 19 (JgBtl 19, Bundesheer) trains together with the German Jägerbataillon 1 (JgBtl 1, Bundeswehr) in the local combat facility in Schnöggersburg at the GÜZ combat training center of the army near Gardelegen. The video shows 3 exercise scenarios: • 0:00 Attack in urban terrain under fire cover of a Pandur armored transport vehicle (Armed Forces) • 7:13 Liberation of an embassy and clearing of a road block (Armed Forces and Armed Forces) • 10:25 Panzergrenadiers attack and are supported by infantry fighting vehicles Puma and main battle tanks Leopard 2 (Bundeswehr) • Since this is an exercise, there are occasional procedural errors, which are evaluated during the maneuver criticism and eliminated in the further course of the training. The soldiers train with the AGDUS system maintained by SAAB, which works with blank cartridges and laser technology as an alternative to live shots. The practice minute creates a realistic feeling for the battle and hits are registered by the sensors.
