This no sugar homemade ketchup is a healthy version that is totally free from preservatives and tastes way better than store-bought. • ✓One pot • ✓Naturally sweetened • ✓No preservatives. • ✓Clean ingredients. • ✓Makes a large portion • ✓Lasts in the fridge for up to 3 months • Ingredients: • 1 kg ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped • 180g roasted red peppers, chopped • 180g red onions, roughly chopped • 2 garlic cloves • 100g apple cider vinegar • 100g medjool dates, pitted • 1 bay leaf • pinch ground nutmeg • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp salt • Instructions: • 1. Add all ingredients in a pot • 2. Cover and let it cook on medium heat for 45iminutes to 1 hour • 3. Remove bay leaf • 4. Let it cool and then blend in a food processor until smooth • 5.
