In this video, we demonstrate NetSuite's Quality Management Solution (QMS) from the role of a quality engineer. Starting in the specification queue on the dashboard, alerts notify quality engineers of their assigned tasks for the day. The queue can be customized based on areas of assignment, either in receiving or production. Users can also filter by location or the time for which items have been awaiting inspection. We then dive into the inspection request for a specific item, which includes details like sample size and amount.
