In this video I review the YSL Tiny Monogram Card Case in Shiny Leather • The Leather (10/10): • The quality of the leather is great. The leather is a smooth calf skin, which is much more durable than the lamb skin leather. You can tell that the this is a premium quality wallet immediately by the feel. It also seems like the leather will last a while if you take care of it. I have no complaints except that this is in smooth leather. I'm personally a bigger fan of the engrained leather, so it's disappointing that the other wallet with the engrained leather didn't have the monogram. • The Stitching (10/10): • The stitching is great. It looks like it was stitched using a saddle stitch, which will last a lot longer than a sowing machine stitch. The stitching is aligned and clean. Very nice I have no complaints or anything else to add. • The Design (9/10): • The design is clean, the smooth leather has a hidden feature that the engrained wallet doesn't, which is that it's very easy to grab cards out of! The engrained wallet makes it hard to get cards out because of the hard grain causes a lot of friction. This is definitely secretly a feature since I had the engrained wallet previously and it was impossible to take cards out. • The card case has 4 pockets for cards and a large slip for cash and other items. I can fit most things that I need day to day, I have another wallet for more cards that I use when I need to carry more on me. Overall I am satisfied with the design. One thing I will point out is I wish there was an indent on each of the pockets to make it easier to grab cards. This is a feature on the Loewe puzzle case that I personally am a big fan of • Overall Quality (8/10): • The overall quality of the wallet is great, but I'm knocking off 2 points because this is the third card case that I got. I originally ordered the card case in the grain de poudre, but the logo rubbed off in less than a week and the stitching ended up getting undone. It turns out you can't carry this wallet in your back pocket and the store assistant told me this when I was exchanging the last one. I ended up opting to skip the logo wallet, and instead get the monogram so I'm going to knock off the 2 points because of the hassle and the inconsistent quality. • Overall (9/10): • This is a great entry level card case and makes a great gift. Sitting at $275 per wallet, this isn't the most expensive but is also not the cheapest. If you have the extra budget, I would spring for this wallet since it will easily last you a few years, if not a lifetime. • https://www.ysl.com/en-us/card-cases/... • Like and Subscribe for more! • Follow me on twitter: / jusbar23
