My latest Musescore composition, baby! I actually lost about an hour of progress on this one when the power went out last week, and threw my motivation straight down the toilet. (The toilet.) But I was able to mostly rewrite it back to what it was before. Thank goodness these things stay stuck in my head the way they do. • I mean, really not much to say about this one. It's a pretty elementary piano tune with some oddball flutage going on. It does get a little sassy in the second half with a few dissonant piano licks that once I heard enough times, i couldn't get rid of them despite how weird they sound. • The rhythmic violin stuff was fun to do in that other song (it was 6AM I think) so I had to throw a bit of it in here too. It's getting to the point now where I'm starting to think about how songs are going to sound leading into one another when played in chronological order. Being that 5PM is after this, I didn't want anything too crazy before it. But then, 2PM is pretty crazy too, so I don't know what 3PM is gonna sound like. • Anyway, that's about it for now! I'm pretty sure I already have the next song like halfway done. It's very quiet with almost nothing but marimbas, like a Banjo Kazooie cave song or something.
