My mom makes a variety of Chinese Dim Sum style dishes that my family and friends love to eat. This is one of my favourite recipes. Special thanks to my mom for sharing this with us ❤️ • Dim sum is a large range of small dishes that Cantonese people traditionally enjoy in restaurants for breakfast and lunch. • 咸水角 (Ham Sui Gok) is a deep-fried dumpling, known for its crispy and gooey texture.
