How to make real ale Autumn IPA

I made this beer using my own (slightly hit and miss) recipe using the following proportions of malt and hops: • Maris Otter Pale Malt (crushed) 5kg • Crystal Malt (crushed) 200g • Roasted Barley (crushed) 28g • Torrefied Wheat 33g • Caramalt (crushed) 100g • Home grown hops ! 17g at start of boil, 14g 15 mins from end of boil and 15g for last 5 mins of boil. • Nottingham Yeast (of course, as I live there !) • The beer turned out remarkably well ! • Happy Brewing! • Clive • Twitter @CliveBGS • I created this video with the YouTube Video Editor ( / editor )
