Hello People, This weeks edition of the Wainwright Walks in the Lake District is The Far Western Fells, 5 wainwrights on this one and around 15 miles of walking, Weather forecast for the day was clear with not too much wind. Great walk this one but you can see where i ran into trouble between haycock and lank rigg, I decided to take the Stuart Marshall route and cross the river, if I was to do it again I would probably of just went the long way around, but we got there in the end, speak about it in a bit more length in the summary so its worth watching if you want some advice of how to tackle the route. have a great week people and make sure you take it easy.
