1999 Volvo S70 Idling What is the Problem

My 1999 Volvo S70 has a slightly rough/oscillating idle. No check engine light or misfire codes but previously had a “bank 1 too rich” code and check engine light which upon cleaning MAF sensor disappeared. What is causing the idle to be like this? O2 sensor? MAF sensor? Clogged PCV even?
