TJ from http://www.aquariumtiptank.com is setting up a new saltwater aquarium. In this video he shows a time-lapse of his water going from a very milky and cloudy water to clear water. Yes, we will admit, this is a 1 minute video of a blue/purple blur, but at http://www.aquariumtiptank.com we are committed to showing you everything that we can in the aquarium set up process. • TJ used live sand in his saltwater fish tank. If gravel or other substrate had been used, he would have rinsed the gravel off before placing it into the tank so that a lot of the dust had been cleared off already. However, with live sand, he didn't want to rinse out all of the beneficial critters and nutrients that come with it. • The pictures for this video were taken over a period of 3 hours. TJ started taking pictures immediately after all of the live sand, live rock, and saltwater was in the tank and all of the equipment was up and running. A picture was taken every 6 seconds and the video was put together at 30fps.
