Butterscotch Blondies Recipe Small Batch

Butterscotch blondies have the same texture of a brownie but a lighter and softer taste thanks to brown sugar and vanilla extract. This recipe makes the perfect amount for 2-4 people. • Find a printable recipe sheet available here: https://peachie.recipes/recipe/86274 • Ingredients: • 1/3 cup butter, salted and softened • 1/3 cup brown sugar • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar • 1 egg • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 2/3 cup all purpose flour • 1/4 tsp baking powder • 1/8 tsp salt • 1/3 cup butterscotch chips • Directions: • Line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper (see video for instructions) or grease with on stick spray. • In a medium size bowl combine butter, sugars and cream together. • Add in egg and vanilla extract.
