Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs Recipe - VitaChef ® http://www.vitachef.com • Vitachef Gary creates a quick, easy and tasty appetizer using the VitaChef Steamer Skillet. • For more recipes visit www.vitachef.com • Or visit http://www.amazon.com/shops/vitachef • Cooking Time: 7-9min • Temperature: 350F • Serves: 4 • Prep Time: 15-20min • Water: Fill to line • Cooking Type: Steam • Ingredients • 2- 51/2 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 cubes • 1 red or green bell pepper cut into 1 cubes • ¼ c. soy sauce • 1 tbsp ginger fresh minced • 1 tbsp garlic fresh minced • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds • Juice of ½ lemon • 1 package of 4 bamboo skewers • Directions • In a small bowl, combine chicken, soy, ginger, garlic and sesame oil. Marinate at least 4 hours. Preferably overnight. Begin kebabs by skewering bell pepper first, then chicken, bell pepper, then chicken, then bell pepper on the end. Sprinkle sesame seeds on all sides. Place kebabs on steamer plate and cover.
