Terminate your Rock-Flex chimney liner in style with the Deluxe Flat Hinged Chimney Cap. This component is a combination of a top plate and rain cap. Provides for easy cleaning and inspection with the secure closing clamp where the cap hinges from the top plate. • The flat top plate can mount to a chimney crown with or without clay tile. If the chimney crown does not have exposed clay tiles, use masonry screws and silicone to secure the flat plate to the crown. If you are attaching the flat plate to exposed clay tile, use silicone to secure the flat plate to the clay tile (do not try to screw into the clay tiles - they are fragile). • The collar of the top plate features a quick-connect band clamp to terminate and secure the flexible chimney liner. Tighten the quick-connect clamp around the flexible liner and trim the liner flush with the top plate collar and you're done! An easily installed chimney cap that's sharp looking! • Features 8 screen height.
