Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole: Discover a delicious and easy vegetable dish that everyone will enjoy! • Do you love broccoli and cauliflower as much as I do? Then you will love this heavenly combination with crème fraîche and cheese. This casserole is not only quick to prepare and uncomplicated, but also tastes fantastic. An absolute must for vegetable fans that children also enjoy! • In my video I show you how you can refine your broccoli and cauliflower casserole with spicy cheddar cheese and a pinch of nutmeg. A delicious way to incorporate more vegetables into your diet and even enjoy a touch of sweetness in the process. • Broccoli cauliflower casserole • 1 broccoli (approx. 500 g) • 1 medium cauliflower (for me approx. 750) • 400 g crème fraîche • 125 g cheese (for me Cheddar, old) • Salt and pepper to taste • ½ tsp nutmeg • 150 g gratin cheese • Preparation of vegetable gratin • 1. Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into florets. • 2. Cook cauliflower in salted water for 2-3 minutes, then add broccoli and cook for another 2 minutes. • 3. Mix the crème fraîche and cheese well in a bowl. Season to taste. • 4. Drain the cauliflower and broccoli and place them in the casserole dish. • 5. Pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle with gratin cheese.
