If you have an area of damaged cartilage in your knee, you might have pain, swelling, catching or popping. You might even consider surgery to try to get back to playing sports or exercising. One of the options for surgical treatment for an area of damaged cartilage within the knee is an osteochondral transfer. • Please note: I don't respond to questions and requests for specific medical advice left in the comments to my videos.
