However, if someone examines the lock for weaknesses, like I have, then it is easier than you think to defeat a huge majority of padlocks on the market. Hardened shackles slow me down a little but I eventually get through them. • This lock was mounted exactly 5 feet and 5 inches in the air to eliminate any ground-leverage tactics described by many people. • I was taking my time not to bump into the camera with the bolt cutter handles but if I wanted to, I could have breached it in less than half the time. In my opinion, I would recommend a more substantial padlock for locking up high priced valuables.
