Baobab Beer Brewing: This is the first batch of beer made with my own recipe (well its a modified Guinness stout recipe) - using Maris Otter pale malt, flaked barley and Baobab powder (which I bought on a recent visit to The Gambia). Filmed on my Blackberry Bold (hence the relatively low resolution video) on the brew day, Wednesday 28th December 2011. • NB This beer was horrible!
