Two short clips of typical cottonmouth defensive displays. When they feel threatened cottonmouths will raise their heads and open their mouths to display the bright white coloration of the inside of their mouths. This is where the name cottonmouth comes from. Many see this behavior as aggressive but as you can see from these clips you are hard pressed to even get them to strike.
