KUIU Founder Jason Hairston provides an overview of the KUIU Guide DCS Jacket: http://www.kuiu.com/hunting-jackets-v... • The KUIU Guide DCS Jacket utilizes Toray soft shell fabric technology which is made from Primeflex fabric which has no elastic even though it’s four way stretch . They do that through their spiral yarn technology. • We use a tightly woven Primeflex face fabric bonded to a microfleece on the inside of the jacket which provides a lot of versatility especially for a 274 gram per meter squared fabric. • The KUIU DCS Guide Jacket utilizes all YKK zippers: number five on the front, number threes on the two chest pockets and it comes with a shoulder pocket as well. It also has pit vents to dump heat. • It has a two-way adjustable storm hood so you get a tight cinch for bad weather or high winds. A nice tall collar for chin protection in cold weather. • Two cuff cinches so you can tighten it over your gloves in bad weather.
