Dramatic waterspout forms near Malaysian island

Locals from Malaysia's island of Penang have filmed a huge water spout that formed near Tanjung Tokong's shores. The spout was seen spinning for about five minutes before it briefly arrived on land and dissipated. The water spout reportedly caused minor damage including blowing away roofs off some buildings.
