I THINK IT IS JS !!! • I posted this awhile ago on the SFTV Lounge, it's a mod tool a friend of mine made years ago where you could make a export/import in ms paint or paint.net, and using it you could update provinces to different shapes, countries, cores, cultures, all of that!!!
