Childhood friends Gil and Evan are the duo behind Señor Sisig, a Filipino-inspired taco and burrito food truck that serves the Bay Area. Their food truck started in 2010 and today has grown to 6 trucks and a brick and mortar restaurant in San Francisco. The main attraction on their menu is their sisig, a traditional Filipino pork dish that Gil learned to make from his father. The two talk about risking it all to pursue their dream, including Evan, who left his rap career behind to work in the food world. • Subscribe to Munchies here: http://bit.ly/Subscribe-to-MUNCHIES • • All Munchies videos release a full week early on our site: https://video.vice.com/en_us/channel/... • • Hungry?
