Through this essay, he stressed the need to study Public Administration. There are four Principles of his essay. • 1-Politics Administration Dichotomy • 2-Science of Administration • 3-Administration and Business • 4-Comparative Study • Wilson emphasized reforming the civil system and he also said that citizens should have a say in Goverment.
