A German Shepherd was found abandoned in a California desert and for months three women had been bringing her food in an attempt to save her life. The scared dog wouldn't allow anyone to get close. With temperatures outside reaching nearly 100 degrees, Hope for Paws, animal rescue drove out to the desert with a doctor. He had to use a tranquilizer as a last resort to save the dog.
