All three cycles are covered in this video: the water cycle, decay cycle and carbon cycle. In this video, we’ll look at each one in turn. If you like the diagrams, you can get them all (and lots more!) in my workbook at www.emmatheteachie.co.uk. • ECOLOGY WORKBOOK: https://emmatheteachie.co.uk/product/... • My suggestion is to try and draw the cycles yourself, labelling the arrows. • Carbon cycling has come up as a 6-mark question a few times on the old GCSE Biology specification - it’s possible it could continue to come up in the new specification, so practice-bullet pointing the processes in this cycle. You'll notice the decay cycle and carbon cycle overlap, so don't be surprised if you see them as part of the same question. The water cycle is very brief in the specification - if you study geography you may have learnt it in a lot more detail but you DON'T need this for science, so don't use this extra detail in your answers (it won't get you extra marks you may have missed the point). • COMMENT BELOW: Which one is your favourite cycle?! • Please SUBSCRIBE here for more GCSE Biology revision: • / @emmatheteachie • And if you’d like to support me in making these videos, you can gift me a “virtual coffee” on ko-fi - here is the link for you to take a look at! • https://ko-fi.com/emmatheteachie • Thanks for watching, • Emma
