Thank you very much for being a part of our channel • Ingredients Tools • White Sugar (1/2 cup for 3 servings) • Sodium Bicarbonate/Baking Soda /Bicarbonate of soda • Baking Shape Cutters • Non-stick baking paper • Instructions: • NOTE: Use course or refined white sugar. Organic Cane Sugar or brown sugar will result in a much darker color. • Use a small pan/pot to heat up the sugar. Make sure that the heat is not too hot. The goal is to make the sugar melt not burn. • Once sugar is fully melted add a pinch of the baking Soda. • Stir for about 30 seconds. • Pour the mixture of a non stick surface so that it is easy to remove the candies once they are done. • After pouring allow the mixture to cool down for about 1 minute 30 seconds then only use the baking shape cutters to imprint the desired shape(s). If you are too quick, it will become messy at this point as the cutters won’t be able to do their job.
