Both are available from my website, www.lindahendrickson.com. • The Waves braid is the design that I have been teaching beginners since I started teaching ply-splitting workshops in 1999. It is from Peter Collingwood's 1998 book The Techniques of Ply-Split Braiding , where two variations are shown in Plate 20. Peter's description of how to make the braid is on pages 77-78.
