Let's get started! ✨ • ▶︎ SHOP MY FAVORITE PRODUCTS: https://www.amazon.com/shop/howdoyouc... • 🍜 Homemade Vegetable Soup with Ground Beef Recipe 🍜 • 📋 Ingredients: • • 2 lbs - Ground Beef • • 2 - 46oz Cans Tomato Juice • • 1 - 32oz Package Frozen Vegetables (Thaw if possible) • • 4-6 - Cups Frozen Cubed Hash Brown Potatoes (Thaw if possible) • • 2 - Envelopes of Lipton Onion Soup Mix • • 2 tsp Salt • • 1 tsp Black Pepper • • 1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes • 🔪 Instructions: • • In large pot, cook beef on medium heat until no longer pink; Drain • • Stir in tomato juice, mixed vegetables, potatoes, soup mix, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes • • Cover and bring soup to a boil • • Once soup is boiling, reduce heat to medium low then simmer for 1-2 hours; Stirring frequently • 👍🏻 Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more delicious recipes like this one.
