On Sunday, Wallace's character Mrs. Krabapple made her final appearance on the show, and the tribute was predictably sweet and sad. • Spoiler alert if you still care about watching Simpsons clips with an unbesotted virgin mind: the clip features Ned Flanders and Mrs. Krabappel (who at some point after I stopped planning my Sundays around this show, got married) dancing the tango together. Edna in a red form-fitting dress, Ned in the formal version of his Ned uniform.
