After our swimmers learn the skills from the Intermediate Station, they hop on the train to the Advanced Station. The Advanced Station is effective for pre-competition lessons, training the swimmer in the breaststroke, the butterfly, cardio swimming, treading water, flip turns, timed swimming, and intense exercises to hone these techniques. • Our Swim Express coaches are personally trained by Coach Mark Fenton. Our swim coaches teach all ages and travel to YOU! Whether you are visiting from out of town or live in the South Florida Region, our coaches can help you achieve your swimming goals. • We currently service these cities in South Florida: Parkland, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach. • * * • At Swim Express, our goal is to train up strong, brave, and capable swimmers, equipping them with the skills needed to enjoy the water safely.
