The sidecar wheel was wobbling about on the sidecar so we had to take care of that. We found that the bearings in the wheel itself (the easy thing to fix) were fine that the problem was instead in the sidecar drive itself. We had to remove the driveshaft and tear down the sidecar drive unit to replace bearings. What we discovered wasn't so bad, but doing the work was less than easy. Rust had practically welded several parts together making what should be easy tasks very difficult. Add in the fact that replacement parts are not exact matches to the original parts and it just adds to the fun! At one point we destroy a 1 ton scissor jack when the pressure to move adjust the sidecar is too much for it. • We got it done and it's working great now. But it was an adventure to remember! • -- • Another Uraling Video dedicated to riding sidecar motorcycles built in Russia by IMZ-Ural.
