One of the symbols of Easter is flatbread, which is one of the oldest types of Czech ceremonial pastries. • The oldest recipes date back to the 15th century,so it's very likely that similar pastries were already made in the times of the Slavs, or even the Celts. • Everyone with basic skills in the kitchen can prepare and bake this flatbread.
