Our Super Moist Banana Bread is so easy to make. This healthy bread is made with Whole wheat flour, coconut oil, and brown sugar. Please see the ingredients below and follow our quick procedure to make this delicious bread at your home. Perfect for tea time or even for desert. Enjoy! • Ingredients: • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas or 2 Large, • 3/4 cup sugar, • 2 raw eggs, • 1/3 cup oil, • 1 tsp. salt, • 1 tsp. vanilla essenc or extract • 1 1/2 cups flour or All Purpose Flour • 1 tsp. baking soda • Optional: Nuts or raisins • Procedure: • 1. Mix together all the dry ingredients. You can also use regular flour or All Purpose Flour, here I also used brown sugar, you can also switch it to regular white sugar but the taste may vary. After mixing the dry ingredients, make a hole in the middle and put in the wet ingredients. In the video I used coconut oil, you can use any oil you like. Lastly, mix in the mashed banana. Pour the mixture to a well greased pan and bake for 25 minutes in a 160 degrees celcius pre heated oven. After baking transfer it to a wire rack upside down and let it cool completely.
