Braised Yee Mee ● Home Made Recipe • Ingredients: • Yee Mee Noodle (200g) • 100g Prawn • 100g Chicken tender / Chicken breast • 100g Choy Sum / Cabbage • 1 cup chicken stock / water • 1 tablespoon oil • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce • ½ tablespoon soy sauce • 1 teaspoon minced garlic, ginger shallot mix • A pinch of salt (optional) • Steps: • Heat the pan and add 1 tablespoon oil • Add the minced garlic, ginger shallot mix • Fry till fragrance and stir in the chicken and prawn • Continue frying till the chicken and prawn half cooked, add the vegetable • Add the chicken stock/water, and the seasoning sauce. • Stir till all combined • Add the Yee Mee and simmer for 1 minute • Once the Yee Mee is soft, loosen the Yee Mee and spread evenly • Simmer till the excessive sauce dry up (about 3-4 mins) • Fry for another 1 minute and turn off the heat • • FOLLOW US ON: • Facebook:   / my-mommy-cooking-807759082719067   • Instagram:  / my_mommy_cooking   • SUBSCRIBE US: •    / @mymommycooking
