Let's create something delicious together! • 🤝 Join us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/96920... • Ingredients for 3 to 4 people: • 2 medium size courgettes (500 g, cleaned) • 3 potatoes (400 g) • 200 g cherry tomatoes • 1 onion • 1 tablespoon desalted capers • A handful of green olives • Basil • Parmisan cheese • Salt, pepper, olive oil • Cooking Instructions: • Prepare all your vegetables first. Slice the onion into rings, peel and chop the potatoes into equal sizes, and peel and cut the courgettes and tomatoes as shown in the video. • Pour a little olive oil into a frying pan, add the onion, and fry them briefly. Add the potatoes and courgette and let them cook for 5 minutes. • Add the rest of the tomatoes, capers, olives, basil, and half a glass of water.
