In this English lesson, you will learn how to use the verb PREFER to express preference. • I explain 3 grammar structures: • prefer something to something • would prefer + infinitive form of the verb • would prefer + infinitive + rather than + base form • would prefer + object pronoun + infinitive • For each structure, I explain the meaning and use and then give several examples with pictures. We use these structures to make comparisons between things we like and don't like. • At the end of the video, I describe 3 common mistakes in English with these sentences and I give you the corrections. • There are subtitles on the screen to help you understand.
