Volvo XC60 makes unusual noise

I recently changed alternator, alternator belt and AC belt, now the engine makes an unusual noise upon releasing the gas pedal while driving. I filmed this video with one foot on pedal and another on gas to demonstrate the noise, Update: I took the car back to same service garage, they assumed one of the intercooler pipes may be faulty, so they changed it, the noise persists and can be heard on releasing the gas pedal • Update: I hired a mechanic who noticed the sound was being transmitted from turbo through the pipes connected to it. He suggested there is unusual turbo shaft play. Likely early stages as the car has good acceleration and yet no smoke seen from exhaust.
