Mine was stuffed with scrambled eggs, refried beans, ham, and bacon. We also had traditional non-stuffed fry jacks and Johnny cakes. • MAYAN VILLAGE: At this Mayan village, they have over 3000 trees on a 10-acre plot. Belize grows some of the best cacao in the world! • CHE’IL MAYAN CHOCOLATE FACTORY: At this local chocolate factory, I learned how to grind cacao nibs into a chocolate paste, make chocolate bars, and even tried a cocoa drink and a “chocolate martini!” • SOUTHERN HIGHWAY SNACKS CAFÉ: Here, I had an amazing chicken tamale with some habanero salsa.
