1st Load With Synergy We Did Much Better RV Transport Driveaway

Our orientation and first load with Synergy is done and I wanted to go over the results. It's been a super busy week, but I was finally able to sit down and get this video together. I apologize for it being a couple of days late, but greatness takes time to build. • Orientation was really good at Synergy, one of my favorite things is that they actually give you a binder of all of their stuff so that it's easy to keep things organized while traveling. Everyone has been very nice so far and my experience with them has been really good. • • A few things to go over briefly, just so you're aware and prepared if you decide to apply to Synergy Transport: • Orientation is in person. Typically they have it once a week that starts on Tuesday and is a half-day on Wednesday. Depending on the division that you're going to, will depend on what Wednesday will have in store for you. • Make sure you learn about Logs and HOS before you get into the industry. I feel that Synergy went into this in a little more detail, but it was still rather vague. If you're brand new and have never had to log your driving hours before at a commercial capacity, make sure you learn this as much as you can. You can get pretty substantial fines if DOT finds you in violation. • You will go to the drug testing site FIRST on your orientation. Get there early. We had a big class since they combine driveaway and towaway. I believe there were 32 drivers altogether so it took a while to get the drug test done. • I hope you guys are doing well and staying safe.
